"Everything from soft-shell crabs to swordfish, tuna, dolphin, king mackerel, Spanish mackerel, sea mullet, flounder, blue crab and shrimp -- basically any kind of fish or seafood native to our waters - we've got it," said O'Neal.
That list now includes Oyster Toadfish.
The fish, which grows up to about a foot long, looks like a monkfish and is prized for its tail meat, which has been compared with lobster tail for flavor.
