I would suggest a further review of this story and a history of just what NOAA leadership stopped and what they allowed into the US. Money played a big part in what product including the above that was allowed to enter the US economy even if it was not fit for humans. Money much more so than the law, just as Dale Jonesa, Mark Spurrier, and Hal Robbins.
