according to the coastal fisheries reform groups post they admit that recreational far out harvestes the commercial sector on speckled trout,so why would we forbid commercial from harvesting and only allow recreational if we were trying to preserve the trout population? If there has to be an urgent allocation of the species between groups as they suggest would it not make more sense to allow the sector that is harvesting the smallest amount to continue and severly limit and install more regulations on the recreational side? why would we leave the lion and stomp the mouse?
